Good service friendly staff.
Customer service continuously gets worse here each time . I shop jewel every Wednesday this is my closest jewel and each time there’s a pricing discrepancy I know it’s gonna be a hassle, attitude from the employees and take entirely too long . Half the time I just end up asking them to take the item of the bill it’s easier for them to do. Even that is done by a disgruntled employee. Go to jewel in Algonquin much better service.
The Pharmacy department has been great. They’ve been kind and accommodating. They have been professional and answer all questions .
They are usually great people with great attitudes. Today the hot food case lady was not nice. I asked her a question she said they it takes a long time to make tenders. I said how long? She said we might not even have any. Then a employee that works with her, asked if he could borrow some paper towels. She said they were limited and they didn't even order garbage bags etc etc.( we all have bad days, but what if there was a spill or something. She denying another employee paper towels.
