I don't even know how the Alan guy is still a pharmacist here. Big people pleaser which is why a lot of patients are pleased with him. Throws his staff under the bus. I have seen it happen quite a few times.
Had the worst experience at this pharmacy with the pharmacist named Alan! My mom needed her heart failure medication filled and we had called several days in advance. The tall guy never reached out to the doctor. She was out of medicine for a couple of days and ended up in the emergency room due to worsening heart failure. When I tried to talk to the pharmacist, he defended the tall guy. Are you responsible for the hospital bills now? We will be switching pharmacies for the entire family. Shame on them
Both Washrooms located in the store both had broken Infant Changing Tables, completely disrespectful to the community that spends their money at Jewels convenience.
I have been going to this pharmacy for at least 10yrs, at one point my Dr talked me into switching to a pharmacy closer to his office I hated it and started going back to this pharmacy, there is know one like Alan, I have never met a pharmacist who knows everyone by there first name, I Don't think there's any better pharmacist in Chicago. I have to give a shout out to Justin there too he's always nice and super helpful.
