This Jewel has some of the worst customer service. It’s as if they are trained to say “I don’t know” since that’s the answer you get from every worker. Even the customer service desk employees just say I don’t know. Pricing is always incorrect, produce always old. People in this community deserve better.
I’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for quite some time. Most of the staff are polite and professional, but there is one worker whose behavior is consistently rude and unprofessional. I think her name is Christine, according to another patient. I’ve seen her make direct eye contact with me and other customers waiting in line, only to refuse to assist us. You can't even shop here . Employees are so rude. They don't say excuse me. Zero thank yous. Bring back customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.
Tried to get my meds for several days and kept being delayed by the pharmacist
If i can rate it a zero star i would because theres an older woman with glasses name christine who is just rude. I witnessed her yell at the patients so rudely like we are nothing. She is so rude and bossy and many of the other customers i enteracted with also said in line to me whats her problem and someone else says Shes always rude . She needs retraining of how to provide best customer service never coming here again
