Great pharmacy. My doctor sent over a last-minute prescription and the pharmacist said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I grabbed some groceries in the meantime and quickly returned with meds ready for pick up. Fast, efficient, and very polite staff.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I moved to Lockport 8 years ago. My insurance requires me to use Osco due to the union. The hours are extremely limited. Sometimes they do not have the medication in stock. The pharmacist, Jeff is extremely rude, curt and not patient centered. Time for Jeff to get a job that he likes. The behavior is not something I choose to deal with any longer. Time to find a new pharmacy.
