I came to this pharmacy late at night to urgently buy medicine for my child. They refused to sell me children’s Tylenol through the drive-thru window. I politely explained the situation and asked to be let inside so I could purchase the medicine, but they still said no — without any sympathy or willingness to help. When a child is sick in the middle of the night, you expect a pharmacy to offer help, not indifference. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Great pharmacy. Not sure how anyone rates them as rude not one of the pharmacists or staff had ever been rude to me
If only grading the pharmacy I would give this a one star.. all of the pharmacist assistants are always wonderful however the pharmacists have always been pretty much degrading and rude. This results in me always telling the pharmacist assistant I do not have a question for the pharmacist even if I may I would rather Google or research it on my own or ask questions to anyone else.
