Awesome service! The staff here are great. I appreciate the cashiers.
Although I would prefer to leave zero stars, my review comments are similar to those that others have left. A callout to the actual pharmacists- they are quite helpful, and of course knowledgeable and have the requisite service skills. The real negative is with the techs that have zero service skills and fall short on the technical skills. Said differently-essentially useless and talk in circles. After I posted a negative (but true) experience, OSCO texted me to pick-up a prescription which had already been dispensed. Then, a week later, they texted me to pick-up a discontinued script. I transferred to Walmart and have opted out of all text reminders.
