Picked up prescription today with quite a wait cause all the staff were working on filling prescriptions. Not a very pleasant approach either. Not customer friendly
UPDATE 8/6/25 Spoke to a pharmacist today regarding an issue where Osco stopped putting my presriptions through my insurance and instead switched me to their internal discount card. When I asked why I wasn't told any of this (it was done many months ago), the pharmacist replied that if insurance denies the prescription, they make this change and will NOT tell the customer.
