Nice place to shop, fried chicken specials every Monday
No sense of urgency any time I've been there. Just waited 20 minutes behind one person to try to get my prescription. Apparently, they were having issues with their prescription and were going to the ends of the earth to try to resolve it for him. When I had an issue with a prescription, they dismissed me and told me they'd try to sort it out and to check back later. I got out of line because my lunch is only so long. So a 1 star from me. That guy in front of me might give a 5 star rating.
I enjoy our local Jewel-Osco. The employees are very helpful and friendly which makes the experience pleasant. Also their store hours are a little later so you can shop late or go fetch that last minute need you can’t find because all other stores have closed already.
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS JEWEL & THEIR PHARMACY! I switched to this pharmacy out of frustration with my previous provider a few months ago & they have honestly been such a relief to work with as someone that takes daily medications! The transfer of my prescriptions was handled effortlessly on their end, the staff is always polite & professional, my prescription is ready within a day or two if not the same day, they send a text when it’s ready for pickup & I save $95 a month out of pocket comparatively!
