I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to pick up my antibiotic yesterday. Was told they didn’t have the available amount to fill the script, so they gave me what they had in stock within the pharmacy to get me through until tomorrow. The worker said they would order more and should have the remainder ready by the next day. Came in the next day to ask for the remaining fill of my med and was told they didn’t have enough of the antibiotic and proceeded to try doing another partial fill with what they had. This is a busy pharmacy and sometimes there’s a long wait. I have never had a problem and they have always been very helpful. Much better than Walgreens.
An automated call told me my scripts were ready. I drove in and the girl behind the counter was miserable and she told me 2 of my 3 scripts were ready and the 3rd one wasn’t. She told me the pharmacist was on lunch right now and my script would be ready in 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. I couldn’t wait because I had an appointment to make. Never using this pharmacy again. I hope they go out of business. The employees won’t care because they obviously hate working there.
your script is NEVER ready on time and the snakes behind the counter will lie and say the doctor didnt call it in yet.,,these people are rude AND INEPT ..if they didnt have the best prices I would go somewhere else..as a matter of fact I will have my scripts called into the bloomingdale location..there is NO excuse for the lack of service..NONE
