I came in yesterday to pick up my antibiotic prescription through the Drive Up and Go program because I was suffering from a sinus infection and pink eye. The treatment I received from your associates was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I was first told that my prescription was not ready and that my doctor had not sent it in.
