This is a Jewel-Osco.
I had to have someone go get Mgr Robyn Krumi, (no one was at the service desk ) when she arrived the plcustomer on the other side said I had been waiting there longer, she said I was standing on the wrong side of the service desk and helped him. I had tried to get help finding Chocolate uncrustables, was taken to the floor mgr (no badge) who said if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it, I related that I had looked up the item on the Jewel site and came here specifically for that item, there was a blank area on the shelf w... read more
A quality pharmacy with pharmacist that care. It’s rare to encounter such sincere service in retail pharmacy these days, but Jewel Osco on Clybourn consistently provides outstanding service. Ozren and his staff take time to answer questions and communicate with patience. Icing on the cake is their prices are usually the lowest in Chicago, they fill Rx quickly, and they are very friendly. Hope this team remains at the Clybourn location for a long time.
