Ive picked up our medications for 20 years. The people at night are always different but they all act the same . Come back in an hour and still havent done snything. No customers in sight wait another half hour and you know we had to fill your 4 perscriptions. Yes i know my wife was in the hospital and just got out. These girls dont give a darn about thier customers

I went right after seeing Dr because I know they won't look. They told me 3 hrs. Came back over 3 hrs. Still not ready. It was never looked at, and I was told it would take an additional 20 to 30 min. I told them no. I have been waiting 3 hrs and i want it now. Wow. The service just keeps getting worse and worse. How sad
This Jewel Location has some of the rudest women working in check out. They Don't speak, when you asks a question it is very condescending. Very aggressive in the response. When you're explaining something the response gives off a vibe of you annoy them. It's unfortunate.
I have been going to this Osco for over 15 years and Sharon is the best employee in the Pharmacy Department! She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and a pure joy to see when I pick up my prescriptions.
