The 1.7 stars on Yelp are warranted. I waited today almost 5 minutes at the Deli while two workers focused on doing whatever. I was the only one waiting. I finally had to — more-or-less politely — ask one of the ‘busy’ workers to please cut me some ham. She was surly to me, and downright rude to a guy who came while I was being reluctantly served.
