too all of the customers that are rude to the employees at jewel. beware we will just talk about you once you are out of listening area
Nasty looks when asking for paper bags. Then the baggers make them so heavy I can’t lift them. Worst produce in any grocery store I’ve seen. Produce is good at the holidays only. It is the worst when your bag breaks in the parking lot, or in your own garage! I feel for the great workers there but the management needs to do better in training the baggers and the checkout person should oversee what’s happening with the customer. There are many grocery stores.

We came in the doors near Osco entrance, an the first thing I see are wet shopping carts filled with snow blocking the dry carts. One of your employees 'Laura M' must have seen us come in, an she immediately helped navigate the carts getting us a dry cart, the entire time she was making sure my mom (who walks with a cane) stayed … See more

I've been shopping this Jewel since they opened at this location. Up until about a year ago it was a good store to shop at. They must have new management or something, but everything has gone downhill, staff, service, produce, meat, product selection, you name it. Too many new faces at the check out, the only familiar face left (one the only really good checker) is Tina. Unfortunately she is rarely scheduled anymore. I love my Jewel. The staff is friendly, I always find what I need. The "express" lines are awesome. Can't complain or say enough good things about my Jewel (179th and Wolf Rd.
