The worst jewel ever. Wouldn’t sell us alcohol because someone had a vertical ID that we’ve used at plenty of other places before including other jewel oscos. Don’t come here.
Recommendedtoday on 101 I got my covid-19 booster I go there for all of my shots except for my flu shot I get in my doctor but usually I get all of my shots at their at Jewel-Osco why because they are kind and gracious and everyone treats everyone's respect there I like that they are an awesome group of individuals at the Jewel-Osco pharmacy department
Your store has gone down. The produce is horrible and the fruit is outdated and old. The shelves are empty. Nothing looks fresh. I remember when I used to go to the Jewel Grand Bazar on 54th and Pulaski it was a premiere store. Not any more. Jewel was considered a great store!!!

mask worn improperly by employee who waited on me in hot deli. They then proceeded to touch their nose and mouth before handling the tongs, from opposite end, then flipping them around and THEN GRABBING MY REQUESTED ITEM . Pandemic or not, this was truly unsanitary and disgusting. no thank you.
Bought a bakery cake. I read the label as Yellow Cake. When I got home I realized on the other side there was another label that said marble/strawberry. I cut cake and it was chocolate (We dont eat chocolate cake). There were a few sour soggy strawberries between the layers and the thinnest layer of frosting, which was not portioned for a 13in cake. I love Mundelein Jewel Bakery, but I will never get another cake from the fox lake location. Awful.
