Removing the self checkout lanes is a big mistake. I generally stop at the store once or twice a week to pick up a few things, and the self checkouts are perfect for this. Last time I was there I had to wait in a long line just to buy a few things. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where I can get in and out quickly.
Whatever happened to customer service!?!?! It seems to have disappeared
I generally don't have a problem, but if I wanted to bag my own groceries, I would have gone to Aldi or Food4Less and paid a lot less for the privilege......a bagger should not be necessary on the express lane (if a customer is ignorant enough to load up a belt with 50 or more things on a 10 and under belt, then THEY should be made to wait or bag their own crap) and the cashier taking care of me should realize that sometimes bagging falls on her.......don't shoot my stuff down the belt - use that nifty little bagging device ... read more
I'm very happy with this store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. One pet peeve: Numerous times I've discovered a box cutter razor cut through one of my newly purchased bags of Bear Naked granola, and this usually results in spillage in my kitchen cabinet. Please be a little more careful with the box cutter in the restocking chores. Otherwise, thank you and keep up the good work!
