If you're going to wrap the chicken like crap, at least put out paper towels and hand sanitizer so I can clean myself and the filthy cart. All the items you pile up at end caps near the registers is fantastic for traffic jams and angry customers at check out. Oh, and you might as well have a map of your items since they're scattered across the store in random places. I will never be back.
Getting rid of self checkout was a huge mistake...
Horrible customer service. Drastically understaffed and rude about it. Layout of store is much too crowded...there is no room for people to line up at registers. This Jewel is horrible and I will not be back.
I used to like coming to this Jewel until they took out the do-it-yourself checkout Lanes. Now the wait time to check out is approximately three to four times longer than it used to take. Shame on you shame on you Jewel! You will no longer be getting my business -life is too short to wait in your long lines
I wish self check out was not pulled! ! They have those stupid little checkouts now
If you want people to be able to buy merchandise from you, maybe you shouldn't park TWO huge pallets in front of it. I didn't appreciate the huffy attitude from the employee I had to squeeze past to leave the aisle, either. I'm not the one who jammed it so full you had to move six whole inches so a customer could try (and fail!) to shop. Sorry to have inconvenienced you today, Jewel-Osco.
