Customers service needs to updated, they are very rude and never polite. They all among themselves but rude and impatient to Customers
staff needs retraining. 2 employees standing in self check out saw a gift card in my hand but it wasn't until a third employee came and told me I couldn't purchase it on self-checkout. Your job is not to stand there having private conversation with each other
This is the worst jewel I've ever been to! I recieved a reward and the manager was EXTREAMLY RUDE !!! Wouldn't redeem my points for my free chicken. I will never come back to this location. DO BETTER JEWEL! MANAGER ON DUTY AT THE CHECKOUT 4/10/25 6PM. NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
