They Have Awesome Sales Plus it's Close To Me
I sent my son into Sugar Grove Jewel to pick up a couple items, one of which is Corned Beef from the Deli. He asked the young female redhead for a pound of Corned Beef. She hands it to him and off he goes for the other items. He came home with everything and I put it away. I looked at the Corned Beef, they were cut into slabs. The girl cut 1 pound of Corned Beef into 8 (eight) slices! They were 1/8" thick! I couldn't believe it. I've never said anything before, but I've had other instances with that Chef's Kitchen. I was in the store last week and was treated very disrespectfully by a woman in the meat department. I left immediately went home and called the manager. After being on hold forever a man who identified himself as the assistant front end manager listened politely and assured me the manager would call me. I'm still waiting. I guess if management isn't concerned with customer service why would the employees. I have never had to many issues with get my prescription until the last three months! Eith you don't have enough staff or your staff does noy know what they are doing. There has been days where I have gone there 4 times to get my prescription and it still wasn't ready when they told me it would be. Just now they sent back my medication cause someone messed up, because i went there to get it and they told me it wasn't ready and that they didn't have enough to come back the next day.
