Lost all my cards there and told security. Later that evening they remembered me and came to me with my cards they found!
I just want my purse, this will be the 2nd time something negative has happened at this place. I went to the restroom tried to recover my belongings (purse) they locked the door then told me to go to concierge literally minuets later. I’m pissed I’ve spent thousands here.
My Red Bull and vodka was $65 and security took my vape at entry. I’ll never be back.
