I fell in love with a ring in their window, but I wanted a larger center stone. Jack made that happen! He walked me through the entire process of creating a custom design and was incredibly patient, especially since the process was completely new to me. Jack and Susan made everything feel easy and enjoyable, and I always felt that I was in good hands. The result is a beautiful ring that I absolutely love — and I find myself wearing it every day! I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Great repair on my gold ring. Such a pleasant family business to deal with. I love their original creations, especially my scallop shell earrings.
The shop attendent was rude and not helpful.. Maybe she was having a bad day but I was a returning customer and planned to purchase again. I took my business elsewhere this time.
