Just got engaged and went in to look around, I asked if they had any resizing sleeves for the ring they don’t sell them. BUT! The nice lady went to the back and grabbed some wrap and fitted it to the ring to make it the perfect size then refused to take my money 😊 after she got us fixed up she gave us an amazing recommendation to grab drinks. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the stock. There are many beautiful pieces inside, and the customer service 11/10.
Some of the best customer service I've received. My husband surprised me with a beautiful piece that I'd admired while on island. After a lot of difficulty (on my end) to get it resized, JITS graciously facilitated shipping it back to them to complete the work. They could not have been kinder or more helpful.
My white and yellow gold diamond band was severely discolored after going in a hot tub. My wedding bands were also discolored but not to the same extent. I brought them in, and they were able to restore them to like new! They did it in about an hour, all 3! It was so amazing and I’m so beyond appreciative that we have a knowledgeable jeweler on island
