Jewel home care very poor care service. Untrustworthy, unreliable both care staff and office staff do not tell the truth. Their time management is non existent.
Excellent!! Jewel looked after my father in law, Neil for the last few weeks of his life. They were compassionate, caring and went above and beyond. The respect they showed him was second to none and the kindness they showed to his wife Pauline was out of this world. Every single carer that came cannot be praised enough. Thank you Jewel, your support was appreciated more than you will ever know xxx
