I came in to see if I can get a ring fixed because the band and diamond was all bent. He was awesome enough to educate me about how it goes to fix a ring and the cons that may come with fixing certain rings. But taught me how to do it myself if there was a chance to save it. You guys must go see him before he closes his doors here soon! Very genuine guy!

Extremely rude over the phone. Would never step foot in your store after the way I was treated while just asking simple questions. "45 years in the business" but doesnt understand simple respectful communication. And yes sir there are several jewelry stores in the yakima area that buy gold contrary to what you addemently told me. I got 90% of spot in fact. I see why you have 3 stars
