If I could do 0 stars I would. I had a diamond amethyst ring, not very old a couple years at most. I had a gem fall out, and I get a call saying that they refuse to fix it. They will send me a gift card to the store I got it, which why would I want to shop there again. So i get the "price of the ring" but not the protection plan amount back. That is how they justify "fulfilling the protection plan." I am extremely mad and feel that I was mislead and totally ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, and **** too. I took a 14kt gold necklace to Jewel Craft to have the clasp fixed and was returned to me a silver chain!!! They said the silver chain was what they were given! Im out a $1200 gold chain.Another incident, I had a friend of mine knows a very good store in ******** who told me about this couple who works at jewel craft. The husband cleans the building at night and the wife repairs jewelry. They tried to get the store owner to use them instead of jewel craft. Excellent work very professional and trustworthy. We have been in the jewelry business 96 years and having your own repair shop in house is a one way ticket to the grave yard of failed businesses. Just because you have always done repairs in house doesnt mean it makes economic sense. Fear of being successful is the real problem!*********************** III

Sent a 14k white gold chain to them for repair that was stretched out. It was sent to them through a warranty company. They retuned me a sterling silver necklace and claimed that this was what was sent to them in the first place. This business is an absolute joke. Also tried to say that jewelers sell $1500 necklaces that have a solid white gold pendant with a sterling silver chain. All I wanted was a chain fixed or replaced that my fiancé paid quit a bit of money for. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be robbed... read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My fiance ordered my ring offline and it was supposed to be a 5.5. When he proposed to me, I was so excited that I didn't even notice it was a bit too big. I went to my work( I am QC Inspector for a jewelry manufacturer) and measured it. It was a 5.75. I sent it to them for them to size to a 5.5, they sent it back saying it was already a 5.5.
