Jewel and her team members are unprofessional. They did not complete the work properly. Her team members are inattentive to the work. They charged much more than the quality of the work. They wasted my money and time. I am very disappointed.

I just stepped out of one of the two newly renovated bathrooms completed by Jewel Construction, and the quality of their work impressed me so much that I felt compelled to share this review. From summer through fall, Jewel Construction transformed two bathrooms down to the studs, completely rebuilt my mudroom, and refreshed my backyard with a new fence and beautiful travertine pavers. called requested an estimate/consultation set a date and time, day comes they never show. Call immediately to follow up so sorry. Let me call you back in 10 minutes, they never even bothered to call back. left a voicemail never even bother to return or call back the voicemail the next week. I highly do not recommend this company extremely unprofessional. If this is how they handle this side of their business, then it does not make me optimistic about their actual work. Good Luck!
