The guys at the car wash did a fabulous job with our Tesla! We just came back from a very long road trip and our car was a mess with bug splats and dirt. Our old favorite in the Americana, 91210 Auto Spa, is no longer in service, so we tried Jewel City. The staff were super courteous helping us choose the package we needed. They didn't try to push anything extra on us. The car wash staff were super professional and easy to talk to. They accommodated our car for a wash fairly close to closing time, and completed the wash quicker than expected! The car looked fantastic afterwards. I was a customer of the other car wash at the Americana for a while, but now that it's closed, I'm super happy to come here instead. Thanks for the great wash.
Stay away. Do NOT go here. The owner and his team member are extremely extremely racist and misogynistic. They just want to be able to sit in fancy cars. I usually park my range rover with them for the last few months, and whenever I ask them too many questions or for better service, they made excuses and they were extremely racist to me. I am a queer black and brown woman, and it's completely disgustingly unacceptable for them to say racial slurs at me.
