The quality of the service at the Jewel Box is phenomenal. They are very kind and patient and will make sure you are happy. I had 3 necklaces that were broke, they took very good care of my jewelry and fixed them to a T. They look as though they were never broken. I have also had 2 ring shanks that turned out beautiful. My grandmother gave me some of her rings before she passed away. I am now excited to say that i am really looking forward to seeing them being created into a heart shaped ring.
