I will be leaving this office as they are never able to actually see me in person when I’m sick due to their Covid restrictions which don’t seem to be going away anytime soon. Dr. Jevon and the NPs are wonderful but unfortunately the office staff is incredibly rude and talks down to you if you have to reschedule or cancel an apt. I've been seeing Dr. Thomas Jevon for over 10 years. He is very thorough, caring and knows his stuff. I had a random cough and he pinpointed it to a medicine I had been taking for years. He is not a pill pusher like other doctors. I have never had any issues with any of his staff. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, Dr. Jevon is your guy. In addition, within his building they offer additional services like Blood Work, EKG and other services saving you a trip to another location.
Office staff RUDE, I didn't have my wallet/ co-pay on me and asked them to bill me, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 and was very rude about it. I ended up cancelling the appoint and walked away, they didn't seem to care one bit. Not the place you want to go for your health care needs.
The front desk staff, including the office manager (Donna), are so rude. They need to take a course or two in customer service training. The staff also create unnecessary barriers to care. Dr. Jevon is no better. I submitted a complaint to the Hallmark Health patient satisfaction department some time ago, but it didn’t help. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where I'm respected. Not too much to ask.

I called today for an appointment Monday and could not see Dr Jevon until Friday. Shortly afterward his office called me back to cancel my appointment as I have been discharged as a patient. They seemed to delight in not telling me why, other than I should have received a letter back in June. Ofcourse I didnt. I asked if the issue was about my insurance,to which she really could not say.
