Even one star is too much. Jetz Service Co., Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, DOES NOT take care of their customers. I washed a light blanket and a very light throw cloth. When I took them out of the machine, they were sopping wet. I live in an apartment complex and have no way to hang them out to dry. I had to run them through a dryer 3 times before they got dry.
