Even one star is too much. Jetz Service Co., Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, DOES NOT take care of their customers. I washed a light blanket and a very light throw cloth. When I took them out of the machine, they were sopping wet. I live in an apartment complex and have no way to hang them out to dry. I had to run them through a dryer 3 times before they got dry. If there were negative 50 stars, I would still need more negative stars to give them. Who would lie about a drier not working?? they need to come out to do an "investigation." They have to determine that, "yes, in fact, something is wrong with a machine" before they refund you ONE cycle...despite you running numerous cycles...a COMPANY cannot refund money to someone who legit has no choice but to be their customer??
