Andrew has major anger issues. He was VERY abusive towards my husband and myself after turning up unannounced one week earlier than expected and not been able to gain entry.We were at work ( we leave our gate unlocked the night before he comes). Arranged for him to come back for the service and a handover as we had a few things going on with the pool and we wanted to understand our spa/pool equipment.
