It's nice to be a member of a gym that actually cares about the facility. I've trained at GoodLife for years, and this is the first time I've seen a staff member walking around with a vacuum cleaner (regularly), and tidying (credit to Caity, who is a great club manager). I've been training with their exercise physiologist, Dan, who has put plenty of time into reading my scan results, hearing my current situation, assessing me properly, and customising a plan for me. I'd really recommend him for his commitment and work ethic.
