Good gym I recommend, Spacious, clean, good music, good atmosphere.
Rude and very unprofessional response to a genuine inquiry. I emailed to ask about the gym services after recent floods as I heard the gym was closed and may not be reopening. The owner Warren replied and I saw the email a couple of days later. First reply was polite saying they would be open again in a few weeks BUT then he sent me an email asking “Who are you anyway? You're not even a member.” I was so shocked at the rudeness of this response. Clearly he is not interested in presenting professionally to the community.
Membership was cancelled because one of the personal trainers “didn’t like the way i used the equipment” but couldn’t show me the correct way? Explain that one
