Big shoutout to Jess for creating such a positive vibe at this gym. She’s genuinely kind and welcoming from the second you walk in, always energetic and never misses a hello or goodbye. It makes a huge difference. Walks the talk as well, clearly trains hard herself and sets the standard. For a smaller gym set up, it has quality equipment for everything you need to get a full body workout and stretch. Further more, the staff is friendly and helpful, the aircon is superb!
