I have just joined and was apprehensive. I can not describe how friendly Dave the owner is. Helpful, knowledgeable, realistic and kept checking in on my progress. For a non gym goer and nearly 60, it was a lovely introduction. New machines, clean and not too busy.
Excellent facilities. Excellent personal training and exercise programs. Excellent Trainers.
Great gym with plenty of machines, friendly & helpful staff Dave is a star & has helped heaps with the ladies & gents in Mature Movers Overall a great family friendly atmosphere Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
David runs a ‘mature movers’ class every Monday, Thursday and Friday for 30 minutes. It’s a balanced session with a 10 minute warmup, 10 minute weights and a 10 minute balance and cool down. It is excellent!
