I can only complain so many times . I can put up with KFC being eaten in the middle of the gym , a beer bottle on top of the toilet, cleaning below standard ( food left in cubicles for days) regularly no shoes being worn) weights never put away but this is not acceptable! Many people including first responders died when this happened. Lift your game Jets!! Second picture of a Plane into under armour under attack. Jetts Hawthorn has continued to make attempts to charge my card for the past ~2 months even after confirming with a staff member that my account be placed on hold due to me being away travelling. Have reached out to staff for a resolution only for them to say I need to pay a further fee to have them stop this. This is contrary to the assurance when I first joined that membership is completely flexible and 'hassle-free'. Certainly leaves a sour taste; given the scenario I'd be unlikely to recommend Jetts to anyone in the futu... read more

Though I’m a member in Ocean Grove and in Bangkok, I was not allowed to work out in Hawthorne. Not impressed

Decent budget no frills and no strings attached kind of gym. Has the basics but equipment is quite dated. Management is friendly and trustworthy. Big community vibe here with loads of uni kids and groups hanging around. Quiet Monday-Thursday evenings/nights are rare.
