I’m writing to formally raise concerns about the ongoing state of the equipment at the gym. The condition of the machines has been consistently poor for months, and the lack of timely repairs is now significantly impacting members’ ability to train. The gym needs a update. Windows need tinting.The sun is so hot and then it hard to train. Equipmemt old for money that we pay.

This gym desperately needs a renovation. The equipment is old, constantly broken, and takes months to be repaired. The treadmill has been broken for four months (still broken), the Stairmaster works maybe one week out of four (has worked 6 weeks over the last 6 months) and now broken again, the elliptical and rower took months to be repaired. The list goes on …….. Honestly, it’s the worst equipment of any gym in the area. Other gyms — including other Jetts — are far more modern and properly maintained. No issues with Staff, ... read more

The machines are always broken. The cleanliness is a problem. Outdated gym machines in a urgent need of an upgrade.
