Clean with good machines but the music after hours is Way too loud. It's like being alone in a night club some nights. NOT autism/Asperger's spectrum friendly.
At 52 I love the place. Good for body and mind.
Such a great gym! The staff are lovely and very welcoming. They were super helpful when first signing up. The gym is so clean and well maintained. Highly recommend
