Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour from the team at Jetts Coomera. As an active, paying member, I was wrongly accused of being a "non-member" and told I had never used my access tag in your email — which is completely false. I regularly attend the gym and always scan in properly. Instead of checking access logs or footage properly, I was blamed without any investigation. One of the finest Jett branches I've visited. Exceptionally clean and well-organized. Manager Paul is outstanding, with excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this branch. Wishing the team all the best!
