Staff excellent, small gym and can be very busy at peak hours. Go after 6pm tends to be the best time
Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour from the team at Jetts Coomera. As an active, paying member, I was wrongly accused of being a "non-member" and told I had never used my access tag in your email — which is completely false. I regularly attend the gym and always scan in properly. Instead of checking access logs or footage properly, I was blamed without any investigation.
