This is my first week at this gym. Even though it’s a bit small, it has everything you need for a solid workout. But what truly makes this place special isn’t the equipment — it’s the Gym Manager. You might join for the machines and the training, but you’ll keep coming back because of Lewis. He greets you at the entrance every day with a warm smile, as if he’s meeting you for the first time, and he always makes you feel welcomed and valued — something that’s not common at all nowadays.

I’ve been at many gyms over the years but this one just feels like home. Both managers are friendly, ready and keen to help. They always take the time to welcome you and check in. It’s always welcoming and I look forward to my work outs. I feel comfortable, engaged, supported and motivated. Thanks Lewis and Dane!

BEST gym i have used in the capalaba area. Lewis and his team are amazing to deal with and are always willing to assist if you needed. The small gym training session they run are excellent, you know you've worked out.
