I’ve been at many gyms over the years but this one just feels like home. Both managers are friendly, ready and keen to help. They always take the time to welcome you and check in. It’s always welcoming and I look forward to my work outs. I feel comfortable, engaged, supported and motivated. Thanks Lewis and Dane!

BEST gym i have used in the capalaba area. Lewis and his team are amazing to deal with and are always willing to assist if you needed. The small gym training session they run are excellent, you know you've worked out.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to reach their fitness goals. It has absolutely everything you need in order to do so and the trainers there are very professional. I can not thank Lewis enough for his expertise and for everything that he has taught me.

Lewis is so supportive and interested in my journey. He always says g’day when I arrive and is interested in my progress. We put a goal on the board in 2024 and when someone accidentally removed it in 2025, Lewis wrote it back up even though it is a very small goal compared to others. # inspired to keep coming to Capalaba Thank you Lewis.
