Excellent manager, excellent culture and people, excellent service, great place!
Lucas is always welcoming and friendly.
Lovely team! very kind and super helpful
Lewis is a fantastic manager and instructor and he has helped me gain confidence and strength in the gym. I look forward to my classes where groups are small and exercises are tailored to your ability. Lewis is very generous with his time and knowledge and my strength & mobility have improved significantly since working with him. All my neck pain has also gone, which I had struggled with for years. The gym atmosphere is also very welcoming and positive.
A nice clean and well set out gym , just a good feeling walking in there , cheers
