Great comfortable sized gym with a friendly environment. The support I received from staff following shoulder surgery last year was second to none, with the team showing genuine care offering assistance should I need it at any stage during my recovery and rehabilitation.
Such a great gym. Clean tidy and some really nice people of all ages there. I'd recommend Zap to anyone
