the best way to start my morning before work! great gym equipment and affordable membership. kaz and rach are always so friendly too, love a good chat even when i’m not there to train. highly recommend if you live or work in the area :)
Staff is really nice Maxx is my personal trainer and he has really help me in the gym to lose weight
