Good staff and well maintained equipment. Overhead lighting is too abrasive and makes it a hospital vibe though
My head wasn’t in a good place when I started attending but my confidence is slowly improving. I needed to especially thank Matt my personal trainer for his efforts in guiding me through my training. He is a legend and very patient.

Definitely recommend Lovely people, nice gym Never busy as other gyms I’ve been to so didn’t usually have to wait to train.
