Very nice and clean Gym.
Continued to charge my card even after I clearly requested them to canceling my membership. Held onto the money and refused to issue a refund, pure greed from unethical owners.
A small, tidy and clean gym. Machines are well looked after by staff and gym members alike. 24hr access is awesome and plenty of places to park. Staff are super friendly and extremely welcoming.
Update 29/12/2025: (With Original and initial Review included for Transparency and honesty) After my initial experience, I was contacted early the following morning via Facebook Messenger by a team member from Jetts Bassendean. They were professional, warm, and very efficient. When I arrived, they sorted my access quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the process genuinely easy.
