I sadly had to end my membership due to personal reasons but Jetts has been a very great gym to attend. They were very prompt, and VERY pleasant to be able to cancel my subscription through giving me a very valid reason to return once my personal matter is resolved. There was no fee, No “tell us why”, No convincing to stay, no “return your FOB”, they just respected me and my privacy. HIGHLY recommend

The staff members Brandon, James and Alanna are fantastic assets to this gym. However, unfortunately the gym needs a huge upgrade. Ive been coming to Jetts for the last 5+ years purely for the convenience of location, these three staff members/ prior staff members, and the gym community only. The equipment needs upgrading desperately. Majority of the machines are always broken, out of order and require fixing, some machines/ equipment almost seem dangerous to use, for example, with dumbbells constantly unscrewing and coming ... read more

I love this gym. It has a great community atmosphere, friendly staff and quality equipment. But I have to express my disappointment at the latest "upgrade" to the Quantum exercise machines. Before the upgrade, I enjoyed playing Solitaire on the Step Mill. I had a small group of favourites out of the 100+ games that were on offer. The play was intuitive and the interface allowed me to play without having to limit the exercise that I was there to do.
