Nate came promptly to our house and was able to diagnose our problem with the camera. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
They called and let me know they were on their way. Very courteous when he arrived. Nate explained what he was going to do and why. He made sure I was happy with the draining of the tub before he left. Would work with them again.
I am very happy with Jetter Clean and their service technician Nate. Nate was professional, respectful and explained the process of clearing out the basement drain. Nate took precautions reduce the risk of any overflow water and cleaned area afterwards. He gave additional ideas how to prevent clogging in the drain. Excellent overall job! I’m a happy customer.
