Nathan was very friendly, described everything about what is going on and educated us with different things, left work area very well cleaned after done, polite with everything he did and said. Would definitely recommend him and the company when need help.
David came down on the same day I called and made a point to get here within regular hours even though his schedule was full. I have two kids and a wife and we couldn’t even flush our toilets. He figured out the issue within 5 minutes. He let me watch the camera with him (highly recommend getting the camera, it’s a must) had invasive roots in multiple spots, he cleaned, chopped, cleaned, checked. Taco was very professional. He took his time and explained everything he was doing in detail making sure that I understood. He also took the time to lay down a carpet so that he did not leave snow or mud on the floor. I would highly recommend Jetter Clean if you are having sewer or water problems.
