Very happy with David
David is a great tech. He explained everything before starting work and then explained his finds making sure all our questions are answered. Would definitely use again if needed.
Guy from Fairmont came out for a Jetter clean and video.. Dropped camera down 2 ft and said line was collapsed, tried another access stated that also was collapsed.. He didn't even try to Jetter clean it. Didn't want to video it either. Told me that if his camera were to break that id have to pay him $900 for a new one...and for the 30 seconds of video he conned me into paying him $250.for the drive out and back....isn't that why the have insurance on their equipment tho? Very personable and clean work.
We called Jetter Clean on a Saturday because of a blocked basement floor drain. We left a message and David called back within 30 minutes. We thought it would be super expensive to have him come out on a Saturday but it only added $150 to the cost. David was here about 90 minutes later and worked persistently to clear a stubborn blockage. He was so careful to make sure he knew exactly where the blockage was before he even started jettering.
