I am filing in Lucas county common please a lawusit for predatory towing they towed my 2010 solar fro man car wash that was only there for a hour I left it cause the battery went dead. They said I was blocking people from using the car wash from 4am-9 am my car was there. What person washed there cer let alone 4 cars washing between 4am-9am I’m seeing a demand letter and a civil lawsuit and I will push for criminal charges. Scraped the hell out of the pavement when towing a car. Can’t begin to Imgine the damage to it. Thank god I don’t want it back.
