Purchased 2014 Ford Escape in 2024 on -line. read the full bio on condition ect. It stated any vehicle over $5000. Has a Engine and Transmission Warranty. On the Drive back to the Okanagan I noticed a Humming grinding sound. The Next day I called Jett Auction. Talk with Kevin told him what the issue was, took the vehicle into a repair shop to be told the transmission was the problem. Had two Shops look at the Vehicle to make sure it was the Transmission. I made a on line bid on a travel trailer that belonged to girl in the front office boy freind 5 days before the Saturday acution. I ended up canceling the bid. Now they canceled me from bidding again in the future. Not too friendly. Be careful.
