I applied to Jetstream Ground Services in Charlotte NC for a recruiter position, after I called multiple times I finally received an “interview confirmation” email just for it to be ignored again. So I called back and the HIRING MANAGER for recruiting tells me “Not to call so much because of such and such reasons”. A shockingly, hostile work environment, full of favoritism, vendctive people, a passive HR that always sides with the owner's interests, along with poor leadership. The pay is always behind the times and benefits are below average. There are some exceptions, some outstanding people there, some fine people I'll always remember. But if you're thinking of applying at Jetstream...RUN! You have bad instincts. Apply at the OTHER place you were thinking about.
