Made an appointment for 10 am. Guy still couldn't get there in time. Called at 10:15 and said "hey, you missed our appointment at 10 am." Guy says "oh yea, I'm on the road." He actually requested I tell him if I can't make it when I originally made the appointment, then couldn't give a courtesy call himself to his potential customer? You should be in before 10 am if you have a storefront buddy.
