My husband & I joined this program April 30, 2019. We have made several attempts to reach out to Brad, Cheyenne & Adrian that brought the V.I.P. Travel Expo to my city in Beaumont Tx, We decided that it would be a good idea to join so we paid the $2,694.00 from our credit card. Biggest SCAM in the world. Do not fall for their sales pitch. We were told they were there to help us get out of our Timeshare. Not true! Cannot believe this company is still in business. Also, state their prices on hotels, etc. are the "best in town." Wrong!

absolute bullshit, this business does not deliver on promises. they are a fake business that catfishes you into believing you signed on for a travel membership. please see my experience below- signed up for a membership with Jetsetters Worldwide expecting that they would provide excellent customer service something similar to Triple A and being available to book wholesale travel through their website Jetsettersworldwide.com. We foolishly joined JETSETTERS WORLDWIDE several months ago. At the time we also purchased an upgraded Hawaii vacation and 6 days at a Marriott hotel. Problem came when we tried to schedule them. We had an assigned agent but his phone was busy, mailbox was full, voice messages not returned and occasionally he would return a call promising the schedule our stays. He never did. No way to contact corporate office, sales, or member services. Every number reverts to a concierge service who can only send an e-mail to someone who they cannot disclose nor does the recipient of said email ever answer. Have state recision and refund policy but do not response with words nor w it’s a refund check. Very disappointing

Avoid at all costs. They do not return calls, especially when they find out you want to cancel. It is curious that all reviews are only 1 star or 5......seems fishy. This is a total scam. It took 10 days for someone to finally call us back after being hung up on, being told the person we need won't be in til tomorrow (and then told the same thing the next 3 days in a row).
